The hotel had rooms exactly like the pictures, but the bathroom floor was smaller than expected for the price. On the bright side, it was great to have a bathtub in the room.

The rooms were cozy and matched the pictures. Having a bathtub was a nice touch. The only downside was the bathroom floor being smaller than anticipated for the price.

The service was exceptional, especially from the California staff members who always greeted me warmly like an old friend. They were very helpful and kind, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel's location was ideal, right in the center of downtown, making it perfect for exploring all the attractions. Although the place seemed a bit old with some missing paint and scratches, the proximity to downtown was fantastic.

The dining experience was delightful, with fresh and delicious meals served in a spacious room. Even though it was crowded, the staff went the extra mile by sending a 'birthday' dessert to our room for my son's 18th birthday, which was a thoughtful gesture.
